Warranty

In the unliklely event that a fault develops, caused by a manufacturing fault, then rest assured that we will do eveything in our power to get you up and running again.

New equipment is provided with a TWO year, Return to Base (RTB) Warranty.

All used and ex-demo equipment is provided with a ONE year RTB Warranty.

Just get in touch using the Returns Form, and we will arrnage collection, and then return the item once mended.

The Warranty does not cover accidental (or otherwise) damage, but in such situations we will provide an estimate for any repairs necessary.

Carriage where we undertake the repair under warranty will be paid for by us.

Carriage where we consider any damage to be outwith the scope of the warranty will be charged at cost.
